Ooh, do I love a Shawarma Bowl! This one is full of delicious flavor and has become a weeknight go-to in our house. The best bonus: the leftovers make the most delicious lunch EVER. I look forward to it all morning! It's the only savory dish in the Top 10 Vegan Recipes, but it's good enough to stand alone amongst the sweets.
Blender Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream
This is for sure one of my top faves from 2020, so I was thrilled it got love from you, too! It's a Blender Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream--no ice cream machine needed! Everyone who tries it agrees they cannot believe this is a vegan ice cream with vegetables snuck in.

Vegan Dalgona Whipped Matcha Latte
Dalgona coffee totally had a viral moment this year, and I had so much fun creating a matcha version of the whipped drink! This version is naturally sweetened, super easy to make, and fluffy, rich, and creamy. It's the only drink in the top 10 vegan recipes, and it's a good one!

The Best Vegan Hot Chocolate Made in Your Blender (Refined Sugar-Free!)
This recipe just might be in the top 10 vegan recipes because of how much kids love it! This is a must for rainy and snowy days, and if you top it off with a little coconut whipped cream and some chocolate shavings or vegan marshmallows your kids will lose their minds in excitement. It's the BEST Vegan Hot Chocolate I've ever had! And it is SO simple to whip up in a couple minutes in your blender.
