Honey mustard sauce has always been my all-time favorite condiment. I just love the creamy, sweet and bold flavor combo. Use this easy homemade sauce for dipping, drizzling and spreading on any dish that needs a zesty kick!

- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup homemade vegan sour cream or vegan mayo (such as Just Mayo)
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk the ingredients. Add Dijon mustard, vegan sour cream (or mayo) and maple syrup to a small bowl. Use a whisk to combine well until no clumps remain.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed. For a stronger, spicier flavor, add more Dijon mustard. For a more mild, creamy version, add more vegan sour cream (or mayo). For a sweeter sauce, add more maple syrup. Whisking in a pinch of salt here is optional but helps to bring out all the flavors.
- Serve. Use immediately or store in a small airtight container for up to two weeks. Refresh before using by whisking again.
