This Gluten-Free Pumpkin Hummus Toast is such a fun snack to make or pack in a lunchbox! We even use every part of the bread to avoid any waste.




  1. Use a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter to cut a pumpkin and/or leaf images out of one slice of bread.
  2. Spread hummus overtop the other slice and place the bread with the cutout hole overtop.  This way you don't waste any bread.
  3. For the pumpkin that was cut out, spread pumpkin hummus overtop.  For the stem use a tiny piece of the bread's crust. For the leaves, decorate with hummus and sliced bell pepper.
