Description

Easy Homemade Pumpkin Milk is the perfect way to make vegan fall drinks. You can serve it hot or iced, use it as a base for a vegan pumpkin spice latte, or pour it over oatmeal or granola.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened, plain almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ice if needed (see instructions)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on the highest speed for 20-30 seconds until fully incorporated.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and enjoy immediately. Or transfer to an airtight container (such as a mason jar) and store refrigerated for up to five days. Use in cereal/granola, oatmeal, coffee or any recipe that calls for milk that you want to give a pumpkin spiced flavor! You can also warm it up and serve hot as a coffee-free PSL!
