Ingredients
- Pudding options: Avocado chocolate pudding or classic vegan chocolate pudding
- Ice cream options: Homemade vegan vanilla ice cream (or mint chocolate chip ice cream or chocolate "nice" cream)
- Homemade coconut whipped cream
- Garnish with fresh berries or berry compote, vegan caramel sauce, melted vegan, refined sugar-free chocolate and/or dye-free sprinkles
Instructions
- Make the pudding, ice cream and whipped cream ahead of time.
- In small shooter-style glasses layer the pudding, ice cream and whipped cream. Top with fresh berries, berry compote, melted chocolate and/or dye-free sprinkles. Before filling, you can also dip the rim of the glass in vegan frosting and then in sprinkles. Then fill and enjoy immediately!
