- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 6 large pitted soft Medjool dates
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I like the Whole Foods 365 brand)
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2-3 cups ice (depending on how frosty you like it)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until perfectly smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately in 2–3 glasses.
- Top with coconut whipped cream and garnish with mini chocolate chips!
