Description

This is the ultimate vegan version of the classic chocolate milkshake - thick, creamy and perfectly chocolatey yet made with simple, wholesome ingredients. No mixes or additives, just creamy chocolate vanilla frostiness in a glass!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 6 large pitted soft Medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I like the Whole Foods 365 brand)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2-3 cups ice (depending on how frosty you like it)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until perfectly smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately in 2–3 glasses.
  3. Top with coconut whipped cream and garnish with mini chocolate chips!
