This Sunshine Smoothie is summer in a glass! It’s bright and refreshing with only five ingredients. I love it for an afternoon snack or post-workout refuel! This smoothie is refreshing, citrusy, and hydrating.


  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted (soaked in advance if you do not have a high speed blender)
  • 1 large navel orange, skin removed
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk (or plain, unsweetened milk of choice)
  • 2 cups ice cubes


  1. Place dates, orange, mango and milk in your blender in the order listed (dates first). Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice and blend again until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
