Description

This easy mango avocado smoothie is deliciously sweet and ultra creamy. Made from just frozen mango, avocado, dates, plant-based milk and a touch of vanilla, this nut-free recipe uses whole ingredients, provides a nutritious boost and is ready in minutes! 


Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened frozen mango
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (such as almond milk or oat milk)
  • 3 large pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into two glasses and enjoy immediately while cold.

Notes

  • Don't add too much ice. One cup is all that is needed, as any more may make the smoothie slushier rather than creamy.
  • Feel free to add spinach, chia seeds, flax seeds or protein powder for more nutrients.
