You only need spinach, water, and your blender to prep these nutrient-packed cubes of Frozen Spinach for Smoothies!
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup filtered water (or coconut water)
- Add spinach and water to a high speed blender. Blend until perfectly smooth and no spinach bits remain. Pour directly into an ice cube tray.
- Place the ice cube tray in your freezer until spinach cubes are frozen solid (about 4 hours).
