Made with frozen wild blueberries, cashews, and naturally sweet Medjool dates, it has all the indulgent vibes of a classic milkshake but with nourishing, plant-based ingredients. Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 5 large soft pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Instructions
