- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- juice of two large juicy lemons
- 1-2 inches ginger, peeled (start with 1/2 inch for children)
- pinch of fine salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until perfectly smooth and creamy. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
