Vegan Healthy Birthday Cake Smoothie

Tastes like a huge slice of cake but is actually filled with good-for-you ingredients that will give you the energy to party all day long!

INGREDIENTS

– Medjool dates – Pure vanilla extract – Almond extract – Gluten-free oats – Slivered almonds – Plain riced frozen cauliflower – Unsweetened plain almond milk – Ice cubes

STEP 1

Place dates, vanilla, oats, almonds, cauliflower and almond milk to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

STEP 2

Add ice to the blender and blend again until smooth and creamy.

STEP 3

Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles and any other desired garnishes to make it festive.

STEP 4

Add a birthday candle on top if desired. Enjoy with a straw or spoon.
