3-Ingredient Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

This fun take on Orange Creamsicle Smoothie is my go-to smoothie when I'm looking for a quick, refreshing immune-boost.

It is just three ingredients, vegan, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and paleo-friendly too!

INGREDIENTS

– Navel orange – Unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk (such as almond milk) – Soft pitted Medjool dates OR 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

STEP 1

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.

STEP 2

If you have a tamper for your high speed blender you can use that to help get it started. Otherwise, you may need to add extra milk to help thin it out.

STEP 3

Alternatively, you can let the frozen orange chunks thaw out a minute or two before blending.

STEP 4

Taste and adjust flavor and texture to your liking.

STEP 5

Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.  You can garnish with my Homemade Coconut Whipped Cream and orange zest if desired.
