– Oat milk – Frozen riced cauliflower – Unsweetened sunflower seed butter – Hemp seeds – Chia seeds – Medjool dates

STEP 1

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on the highest speed.

Add ice and blend again until smooth but frosty.

STEP 3
