INGREDIENTS

– Plant-based milk – Frozen riced cauliflower – Raw almonds – Medjool dates – Peppermint extract

STEP 1

Add cauliflower, almond milk, almonds, dates and peppermint extract to a high speed blender.

STEP 2

Blend on the highest speed for at least 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

STEP 3

Add 1 cup of ice and blend again until smooth. Taste and add another cup of ice if a frostier smoothie is desired.
