These easy bars are nutritious enough for breakfast or brunch but good enough for dessert.
– Quick-cooking oats – Maple sugar – Almond butter – Coconut oil – Pure maple syrup – Plant milk
In a large mixing bowl add the oats, maple sugar and salt. Stir to combine.
Add the almond butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, non-dairy milk of choice and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the parchment lined baking pan. Place another parchment paper overtop and use the bottom of a glass to press down.
