Freezer-Friendly Easy Vegan Oat Bars

Freezer-Friendly Easy Vegan Oat Bars are a one-bowl recipe for the most delicious snack bars I've ever had.

These easy bars are nutritious enough for breakfast or brunch but good enough for dessert.

INGREDIENTS

Quick-cooking oats Maple sugar Almond butter Coconut oil Pure maple syrup Plant milk

STEP 1

In a large mixing bowl add the oats, maple sugar and salt. Stir to combine.

STEP 2

Add the almond butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, non-dairy milk of choice and vanilla extract.  Stir well to combine.

STEP 3

Transfer the mixture to the parchment lined baking pan.  Place another parchment paper overtop and use the bottom of a glass to press down.
