Almond Butter  Pure Maple Syrup Salt Vanilla Almond Flour Brown Rice Crisp Cereal Chocolate Chips

STEP 1

Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla and salt to a medium sized mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Add the almond flour and stir again. Fold in the brown rice crisp cereal and mix until evenly distributed.

STEP 3

Use a cookie scoop to make 12 scoops. With your hands roll each scoop into a ball. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.

STEP 4

Dip each ball into the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drop off.

STEP 5

Freeze again to allow the chocolate to fully set. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
