INGREDIENTS

Sweet Red Apple Dates Almonds Spices Frozen riced cauliflower Oats Plain plant milk

STEP 1

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy.

STEP 2

Taste and adjust as needed. Add more ice for a thicker smoothie or more milk to thin it out if needed.

STEP 3

Pour into 2 large glasses, serve immediately. Garnish with sautéed apples, caramel sauce, homemade coconut whipped cream and homemade cinnamon-vanilla granola.
