This vibrant and nutritious smoothie is bursting with chocolate flavor. So much that it is hard to believe there is a vegetable in it (and 2 cups of blueberries). It is date-sweetened and completely refined-sugar free. Plus it contains flavanoid-rich cacao nibs and cacao powder.
It is raw, vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free.
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs (plus more for garnish)
Add all ingredients to a high speed food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional frozen blueberries to thicken and more milk to thin out the smoothie if desired. Taste and add more dates to sweeten if needed.
