Description

This simple, bright Iced Vanilla Mint Moringa Latte is one of those drinks that feels like a treat! It's filled with mint, nutritious moringa leaf powder, vanilla, and dates for sweetness. Make it in the blender for a delicious, luxurious sip!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 teaspoon moringa leaf powder (you can substitute matcha if you want caffeine)
  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 15 large fresh mint leaves (large stems removed)
  • 2 large soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on highest speed for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth.  
  2. Pour into two glasses filled with ice cubes. Enjoy immediately.

I love adding a splash of my homemade cashew coffee creamer!
